Another way to think metaphorically, or at least to think.

Imagine yourself as an object that you examine and ask yourself, in that position, what do you want? What is your job? What is your purpose? What is your greatest desire? How do you see the things you interact with? For instance, if you picture yourself as, say, a candy bar, you may come up with answers like, "My goal is to be eaten," or "I want to be infected by fungus spores," or other such needs or wants. Another good question to ask yourself is "What do I need?" Does a candy bar want to survive or does it want to be consumed; does it have any needs.

This kind of thought process really opens your mind to a bunch of fun role-playing ideas, so try it sometime, maybe the next time you feel bored. Instead of doing the normal stuff you do when you're bored, like saying "I'm bored." a thousand times in your head, do this exercise with something, anything that you want, maybe the first thing that you look at. I haven't tried it with nearly enough stuff to know that it'll be interesting with everything, but finding out whether the results are interesting or not, is, in itself, interesting. You can't go wrong there; can you?

Alright, I don't know why I'm advising a blank audience, but perhaps someone, someday will find this and be inspired to build a spaceship to get us Earthlings to Mars, or some random high quotation of my ego like that. Good readin, have some jolly good jolly goodness.

Bye.
